About Success Tutorial School (STS), Markham Campus
Established in the year 1992, Success Tutorial School is one of the GTA’s leading private tutorial centers located in Markham. In our private school, we offer tutorials for a variety of subjects taught by qualified teachers. We have 1300 active students with us, who want to succeed in their academic endeavours by learning new skills and techniques. We have a team of knowledgeable and dedicated English, French, science, and math tutors in our Markham campus to ensure our students learn the necessary skills.
We design our programs according to the Ontario Curriculum set by the Ministry of Education. We encourage students to learn the course and lessons with us before learning them in school. Our Teaching Methods & Practices
1: Entry Test
We assess each new student individually by having them appear for our entrance test. This test helps us to make sure that they are enrolled in a class that is best suited for their learning requirements.
2: Teaching the Course
Our qualified teachers will teach and explain concepts with easy and carefully selected examples. Students will receive ample assistance and feedback in small class size of around 6 – 10 students.
3: Homework & Quizzes
We believe that sufficient practice is essential to help students perform better and to support their learning. Therefore, our tutors assign homework for each subject and assess their performance. Regular quizzes are also conducted to track their understanding and academic progress.
4: Final Exam & STS Certificate
Each course will be considered complete upon writing and passing our final exam. We will assign a passing grade along with an attendance record of 75% and reward the students with a certificate.
